The DiverCITY 4 Conference 2020 will be held in a hybrid form, which means that participants can take part in the event on-site, at the Wrocław Congress Center or online. Below we present the possibilities of participating in the DiverCITY 4 Conference on September 22, 2020:
- Participation on-site – a participant registered by a dedicated registration system will receive his Conference ID along with a package of gadgets at the venue reception desk on the day of the event. Then the participant will attend lectures in accordance with the prepared agenda of the Conference. During the lectures, he will also have the opportunity to ask questions to the experts. In addition, the participant will be able to use coffee breaks and lunch, which are also included in the conference program. In order to maintain all safety measures and distance, a conference limit for on-site participants is 200 people (information for August 17, 2020). The order of applications counts. The organizer will provide participants with masks to cover the mouth and nose, disposable gloves, and liquids for disinfection.
- Registered online participation – participants who will not be able to appear in Wrocław for the above-mentioned conference, will have possibilities to use a special platform that will allow them to participate in the online Conference. However, the registration for the event, with the online participation option marked in the form is obligatory. Thanks to this functionality, the participant will not only be able to watch all the lectures live (using a dedicated platform with live streaming), but will also be able to ask questions to experts via chat. In addition, there is an additional attraction for registered online participants – a virtual walk around the Centennial Hall. When the limit of the number of participants on site increases, the registered online persons will have priority in choosing additional seats in the Wroclaw Congress Center.
